Working with the Assistant

Open the Assistant panel and ask questions — or hand off whole tasks — for the active workbook. The Assistant will search and read your sources, run computations when needed, and cite what it used.

Tips:

• Scope questions to the workbook you have open — the Assistant works over your data, not general knowledge alone.
• Ask for the source of any claim; answers carry references you can open.
• For numeric work, ask the Assistant to do it in a notebook so the computation stays inspectable.
